immoflex - sealing compuond

Usability:

immoflex is a single component, non-sagging elastomer designed for use in non-moving joints. immoflex is a one-component-sealant containing solvent, based on carbon acid Ð copolymer.

Applications:

1. Sealing of joints: joints, connecting joints, expansion joints
2. Usable for concrete, plaster, masonry, bricks, marble, granite, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, glass, most plastics, rubber and untreated wood. Unusable for floor space joint, polystyrene, silicone, fresh concrete.
Required temperature: according to DIN 18540 Sect. 4 the surface temperature should not be higher than 60 ¡C.

Joint size:

Joint width: max. 2 cm
Joint depth: 50% of the joint Ð width should not be exceeded
Primer: can be used on materials listed above as ÒusableÓ without primer
Preparation of joints: surfaces should be clean and free of dust and dirt
Pressure: regular pressure should be exerted to immoflex joint
